A personal letter to real estate agents
Many years ago, when I was a young model working in Los Angeles doing commercials and print work, I had lunch with a young actor named James Caan. During our conversation we got to talking about how long one has when entering an Art Directors interview to make a good impression. Jim said, “You have exactly 5 seconds to make that first impression and after that it’s all down hill.” I never forgot those words and since then have strived to always make that first good impression.
When entering the field of Home Staging 3 years ago, I evaluated those words and promised myself, and my clients, that when a prospective buyer walked into one of our staged homes, they would feel comfortable, at “home” and surrounded by design that reflected good taste and luxury. This has proven to be the core of our business today. Luxury, good taste, attention to detail and service, service, service. The client and their agent come first with us and we strive on a daily basis to make certain those needs are met…no matter what.

We are dedicated to turning out a perfect product with our custom tailored installations and do so because we do not “farm out” our projects to underlings or lesser companies. As the owner, you will see me on every staging project, working side by side with my team to create a beautiful interior and exterior environment. We use only the best in the way of linens, artwork, bath products, furniture and accessories and will NOT compromise our quality by cutting corners or using a lesser quality. We strongly feel that our strength is our attention to detail, our close team-work, and our commitment to servicing our clients. We excel in both Interior and Exterior Staging and take great pride in designing homes that look “lived-in”, well thought-out and decorated to fit the style and design of the home right down to the last candle, imported bar of soap or magnificent arrangement.
